Patriotic songs have been in my head all weekend. I've had this outfit in mind to wear the Sunday before The Fourth for a couple of months now. Gosh I love this red skirt. I thought about wearing my white belt with this, but I thought that it might have been overkill? So I decided to do without it.
I don't know if I've ever been too patriotic, but I've always loved Independence Day. And dressing in the flag's colors is something that I've always kind of tried to avoid... So I don't know why I've had such a change of heart. Whatever, change is good.
On another note, Ryan has been looking into getting a smart phone. One for me too :) He has been researching like craaaaazy. See, even though we've been married for 1.5 years, we're still both on our parents' plans. So now we have to decide which service is best for us. Verizon? Sprint? T-Mobile? And which type of smart phone is better. iPhone? Droid? So far we've been looking into T-Mobile a lot ('cause it's cheaper than Verizon). They don't have the iPhone (boo), but after watching a "drop test" video on Youtube between the iPhone and the Galaxy S II, well, I guess I'd rather have the latter phone. (I've gotta say, that Galaxy phone does seem like a beast.) All smart phones are about the same anyway, right? I've always considered myself an Apple fan, but it's not the end of the world if I don't get an Apple phone.
