Finally, an Outfit Post

Wow, remember when I would take photos of my outfits? I'd like to bring back that habit. I was a little nervous to take these photos since it's been a while and I'm out of practice, usually resulting in awkward posing. But these portraits came out remarkably well. Today was chillier than it has been for the past few weeks, and it was windy, which made me nervous for photos as well, but it turns out the wind kind of "complimented"my hair. (ha)

Earlier this week I realized that I haven't been listening to music as often as I used to. I listen to the radio in the car because I keep forgetting to charge my iPod and it's kind of a pain to keep switching CDs. (Another reason I listen to the radio: I don't want to be completely clueless when I watch new episodes of Glee...) I listened to my own music for a change, and I instantly felt better. I didn't even realize that I was feeling down/missing something in my life until I listened to "my" songs. Has anyone else experienced this? Isn't it nice to have your own personal playlists? 

So, honestly, the real reason I was motivated to take photos today is to show you all my nails. Ah, they're so cute! Have y'all heard of Jamberry Nail Wraps? GET ON THAT. I'm wearing Reminisce and the Metallic Gold Pinstripe for my ring fingers. The pinstripe ones are actually transparent, and I'm wearing black polish underneath. So versatile. My favorite thing about these are that you don't have to wait for them to dry and they don't chip. And there are so many designs! Like I've mentioned before, I don't really like too many accessories, so nail art is perfect for me.
