21 Day Fix- week three

I finally uploaded it! And you all probably forgot about it. I don't blame you.

I talk about my weight loss and things I can improve for the next time I take on the 21 Day Fix. Thanks for following along! 


  1. Yay for losing 4 pounds! I don't know what to tell you about going to bed early haha. I think some people are generally just morning or night people. I like mornings because I like being able to get things done before the day starts. Idk how early Gwen wakes up, but maybe you could try having your "me" time before she does? Maybe that would be like waking up at 5 so maybe not haha. But if it's like 7:00, maybe you could go get breakfast by yourself while Ryan watches her? Lol idk how being a morning person works with kids, but yeah! Those are the reasons at least why I like getting up early haha.

    Also, I don't think it's necessarily bad to not wake up early, or to stay up late. I think it can just suck if you get in the routine of going to be late and then have to get up early. But yeah, I feel like it's honestly just dependent on that person's lifestyle. Like it's easy for me to get up early so I do. But like if the only time you can get alone time is at night, then go for it!

  2. Yeah, there's no way I'm waking up before Gwen. She doesn't wake up very early, usually 7:30 or 8, but I just DO NOT FUNCTION that early in the morning. Not by choice, anyway. I have accepted that I'll always be a night person and I'm okay with it, but sometimes I just get out of hand! Recently, thanks to my current life event, I've been going to bed a little earlier! Because I have been soooo tired. So my late nights aren't quite as late, anymore. I kind of dread having school age kids because that means I'll HAVE to get up before them! Ah! haha
