Sunday Best

I'm not sure what else to say in this post other than "this is what I wore to church."

Oh hey, check out this photo of me looking at a bird. It was flying dangerously close. 

So this week looks pretty open for me. So maybe that's a bad thing? Only because I think it's time to find a new job? I'm so indecisive about these things. I kind of hate change, but sometimes I really like it. I'm so comfortable at my job... but there are so many things that are wrong with it. I wonder how I've stayed there for so long. Eh, this post has kind of turned into a downer. 

Well, maybe I'll convince Ryan to go camping with these few days that I'll have off this week. I have been wanting to camp for a very long time now! 

Awful Things, Awesome Things

I got my haircut yesterday. I went from hating it, to loving it, to hating it again. But today I like it. My hair just naturally flips out when it's this length. I think that's a good thing? Flippy hair? Anyway, I really like my bangs now. I really had to instruct the hairstylist on how I wanted them cut. 

Trivial girl stuff. 

This past week...

Awful: 

- Both cars crapped out on us. But you already know all about that from this post.

- The heat. Duh. 

- Electricity bill... 

- Being short $9.00 when reporting my tips at work. 

- I left my tripod in my friend's car (Ryan was kind enough to take these photos). 

Awesome: 

- Hanging out with a friend and printmaking!

- Going home early from work yesterday

- Root beer floats at church today 

- Dancing in the kitchen and making dinner with Ryan 

- Accepting a photo job for August

Balloon Bouquet

I've forgotten about this dress. It's short, so I wear it as a blouse. I've gotta unearth more of the clothes that have been hiding in my closet. 

And this sweater? Balloons? 

I died right there in that antique shop.

A Floral Dress

I was very excited to find this dress at the antique shop we went to in Las Vegas, NM. There are a couple of other items I bought that I'll try to wear this week. I got into trouble at that vintage shop... I've promised myself that I won't spend money on clothes for at least three weeks because of it. Eeks.
