Happy Easter!

I have had a wonderful day. Church was awesome. I got a new calling... Young Women advisor. Let's see if those gals will take me seriously, as young as I look.
Ryan and I were able to see our families. I'm so thankful that both of are families are near. Last night we dyed eggs at the in-laws'.

 My favorite egg!

And this afternoon we had some fun with confetti eggs with my side. Ryan had never even heard of confetti eggs!

Yay for today!

Close to the End

dress: thrifted (Old Navy)
shirt: Choonimals, Warped Tour
vest: Wet Seal
leggings: Old Navy
sandals: Payless

It is getting closer and closer to the end of the semester and I am trying not to freak out. So much to do in such little time: research paper for Art History, 3D Fundamentals project, and two drawings. And of course the final exam for Art History... and my Creative Writing teacher hasn't officially given us the instructions for our last assignment. Blah blah blah, school school school. (I need to get pumped and start that paper tonight!)
Anywho, today was fun. I took a few pictures of my friend Carrie. She asked me to take a head shot of her because she's auditioning for West Side Story. Awesome.

How cute she is.

After this, I asked the husband to go on a date with me. We ended up going to a buffet because we weren't sure what we were in the mood for. Then we went to buy a vacuum cleaner. Finally!
And that was my day. I'm thinking of going to buy Easter basket stuff tonight and maybe new attire for Sunday? Only if it's on sale... Toodles, xo

Alright, so...

I have a confession to make:
I love this show, Playful Kiss. Not only that, but I have become smitten with other Korean dramas. Yup, it's probably nerdy, but whatevs. This is just... the most adorable show I've ever seen. Too bad there were only 16 episodes :( I heard that there's a different, longer version in Taiwan(?), but I just don't think I'd like it as much.
My reasons for loving this show:

1. It's innocent (compared to all the smut usually on television).

2. The romance scenes are few, but worth the wait :)

3. Korean food looks frickin' delicious

4. Matching pajamas!

5.
...

There you have it. Now you know too much about me.

I love hulu!

Lovely Couple

I present to you, Ronnie and Holly:

Congratulations!

In other news, the latest episode of Glee was not really worth the wait. I had higher expectations. *SPOILER ALERT* Although I'm super glad that Mr. Schuester and Holly Holiday broke up. I'm a big Emma fan.

That's all I have to say :)

Giant Teapot

My huge 3D Fundamentals project. The assignment was to choose a hard object and turn it into a soft, lumpy, and in my case, lopsided sculpture. It was actually a lot of fun to create this.
 The spout cracks me up...

And now, to introduce today's outfit:
 shirt: Charlotte Russe
cami: Down East Basics
vest: thrifted
skirt: vintage
shoes: same old

I am super excited for tomorrow. Tomorrow is the day I take pictures of Holly and Ronnie for their engagement :) I have been looking forward to this for too long! Tomorrow is also the town's Earth Day celebration. I plan on going. Food, music, booths, and hopefully a few hippies?

I am becoming more creative with my clothing combinations. Snaps for Beverly!
